AERIAL HOOP

LEVEL 1+

Do you dare to take the first step into a new world?


This is a combined class for beginners and experienced aerialists!


For beginners we will focus on how to climb safely and feel secure climbing the hoop and being up side down.


Why is it named Level 1+?This is the perfect class for experienced aerialist of all levels! If you like to dive in to the techniques and get a fuller and better understanding the basic moves and techniques.

The prefect way to set a steady foundation for a safe and quick developement.

Our beloved Harley Queen is coming to dance us to the moon and back!


We are proud to present this class that will focus on combos, transitions and details.

Let yourself move to the music and find your flow between the tricks that you have learned.


Harley (Gabriella Rooth) Queens main strength in aerial is expression as she combines dancing with the acrobatics. She loves to put the details in a choreography and storytelling. In her aerial classes you will always work on strength an technique but the main focus is to work on a combination/choreography. 


Approx. one year experience is recommended.

LEVEL 2

Are you an Aerial nerd already?


For students that feel comfortable and safe in the hoop and upside down. You should have at least one year of experience in Aerial acrobatics.


Tricks in all levels of the hoop (top bar, inside and bottom bar) should already be executed in a safe and controlled manner. If you are unsure about your level, contact me!


If you book a full course we will set individual goals for each student and work with them for 8 weeks.

STRONG N' FLEXY

WHOLE BODY

Have you been taking care of your body lately?


Get strong and flexible in no time! For all levels of flexibility. From stiff beginner to noodle mode.


A strengthening flexibility workout for your lower body that will make you sweat! We build strength that you can use even in challenging poses.


These classes will help you both in your everyday life and to reach your personal dance/yoga/aerial goals.


Flexibility is a luxury you should treat yourself with, Let's work together to get it!

LEVEL 3

Ok so you are hooped for real!

Pun intended.


This is where it get's serious. Seriously fun that is!


Working a lot with momentum, strength and flexibility. We recommend to either combine or prepare with a "Strong n' Flexy" class and/or "Aerial Hoop Strength Hardcore" class if you are unsure about your level of strength or flexibility.


Recommended skillset:

-Straight leg straddle

-Swing to sit

-Skin the cat on top bar

-Approx 160' splits

-Two handed meathook

HARDCORE STRENGTH

Oh so you want fast results? Are you on a plateu?


Great! This is a sweaty strength class on the hoop that will give you a push to the next level!. It is for all levels. Every exercise will have pro- and regressions so that everyone will have a challenge that fits YOU.


We recommend that you combine this with the Strong n' Flexy class that is scheduled right after this one!


It doesn't matter if you have taken one course or 50. Developement is guaranteed.


We will ofcourse cheer each other up and create a space where everything is possible!
